A traditional key machine simply traces the outline of an old key onto a new blank. Our vans carry full fabrication capability:

1. Digital Decoding: We do not blindly copy a worn-out key. If you have an original key, we insert it into our optical decoder (such as the Silca Futura Edge). The machine measures the depths of the groove.
2. Factory Re-Zeroing: If your old key is worn down from years of use, we do not duplicate the wear. We cross-reference the measurements against the manufacturer’s specifications, reconstructing the key back to original factory dimensions.
3. CNC Carving: We mount a brass high-security blank into the machine and execute the cut command. A high-speed carbide bit mills the internal track to a tolerance of 0.01 millimeters.

If you have lost all your keys, we bypass the vehicle, decode the physical driver’s door lock cylinder to extract the cut code, and feed that data into the CNC machine to generate a new key from scratch.

Complete Electronic Integration

Milling the metal blade only solves the physical perimeter. A correctly cut laser key will turn the ignition, but the engine will refuse to start without the transponder programmed.
