By accessing or using the services of DC Local Locksmith, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, you should not use our services.
Services Provided
We provide residential, commercial, automotive, government, and emergency locksmith and door hardware services. All services are subject to availability and clear quotation prior to work commencing.
Quotations and Pricing
We provide exact quotes over the phone or via text whenever possible, based on the information and photos you provide. If the onsite situation differs materially from what was described, the quote may be adjusted prior to any additional work beginning. You will always be informed and asked to approve any change before work continues.
Licensing and Insurance
DC Local Locksmith operates as a fully licensed, bonded, and insured locksmith in Washington DC and Maryland. Our technicians are background-checked and, where required, hold appropriate federal security clearances.
Liability
Our liability for any service is limited to the cost of the services rendered. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to doors, frames, or locks, nor for damage caused by forced entry that you authorize us to perform during a lockout.
Federal and Government Work
Work performed at federal facilities, embassies, or other cleared environments may be subject to additional terms established by the contracting authority. Those terms govern where they conflict with these terms of service.
