How to Send a Photo

For non-emergency hardware upgrades, access control work, or historic lock restorations:

1. Take a clear photo of the lock face from the exterior. Add a second photo of the door edge (latch and strike plate) and the frame if the damage is there.
2. Note the context in a brief message. A Georgetown rowhouse with original mortise hardware is different from a metal commercial egress door in a K Street high-rise. One line of context helps.
